CreateUpon's AI text actions help you improve lesson content as you write. Highlight any text, choose an action, and the change runs through the AI assistant. The result comes back as a suggested edit you can review and accept or discard, so nothing changes in your lesson until you approve it.
1. Highlight the text you want to change, or place your cursor in the card you want to work on.
2. Select the AI actions menu that appears.
3. Choose one of the four actions.
4. Review the suggested edit as a diff, then Accept it to apply the change or discard it to keep your original.
The menu offers four actions:
• Continue writing: carries your ideas forward from where you stopped.
• Summarise: condenses a long passage into clear, concise takeaways.
• Extend: adds detail and depth, drawing on your source documents where relevant.
• Rephrase: rewrites the selected text while keeping its meaning.
• Give enough context: highlight enough text for the assistant to understand the topic and tone.
• Review before you accept: check the suggested edit for accuracy and fit with your voice.
• Stay consistent: match each edit to your teaching style and course structure.
• Try again if needed: run the action again or refine your selection if the first suggestion does not fit.
