Dynamic SCORM works well for:
• LMS environments with reliable internet access
• courses that update often, so learners always see the latest version
• exports where a small file size matters
Things to know about dynamic SCORM:
• learners need an internet connection to view the course
• content stays up to date, so you do not need to re-export after edits
• the package generates in seconds and stays small to upload
A static SCORM package bundles everything into a single, self-contained file. CreateUpon downloads and includes all images, videos, audio, fonts, and auto-generated narration.
Static SCORM works well for:
• LMS environments with restricted or no internet access
• compliance or archival scenarios where the course must be fully self-contained
• environments where firewalls block external network calls
Things to know about static SCORM:
• the package is larger and takes longer to generate, because CreateUpon downloads and bundles all media
• the export captures your content at the moment of download, so you need to re-export to reflect later edits
• CreateUpon generates text-to-speech narration in advance and includes it for lessons with audio enabled

3. Select Dynamic SCORM 1.2 or Static SCORM 1.2.
4. Upload the downloaded ZIP file to your LMS.
