CreateUpon exports your course as a SCORM 1.2 package, so you can deliver it through most learning management systems (LMS), including LearnUpon. SCORM lets your course report completion and scores back to the LMS.
SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) is the most widely used e-learning standard. It lets learning content communicate with an LMS like LearnUpon, so the LMS can track learner behavior such as completion, test scores, and progress.
An LMS (learning management system) is software that organizations use to manage training programs. It can:
• track learner engagement
• visualize test scores
• assign and schedule courses
• monitor training compliance
For organizations with structured training needs, a SCORM-compatible LMS is essential.
CreateUpon offers two kinds of SCORM 1.2 export:
• Dynamic SCORM links to the live course, so any edits you make in CreateUpon appear in your LMS automatically, with no need to re-export or re-upload. Learners need an internet connection to open the course
• Static SCORM packages a self-contained snapshot of the course, taken at the time you export, that works offline
CreateUpon includes general analytics, but it does not track individual learner progress (for example, who completed which lesson). This protects learner privacy and avoids collecting student data.
If you need detailed learner tracking, such as completions and scores per user, deliver your course through an LMS like LearnUpon.
1. Open the course you want to export.
2. In the top-right corner, select Share.
3. Select Dynamic SCORM 1.2 or Static SCORM 1.2 to download the package.
4. Follow your LMS's instructions for uploading SCORM content.
For an example, see adding SCORM content in LearnUpon. To learn more, you can talk with the LearnUpon team.
